INGREDIENTS

2 cups ‘The Mix’ – Chocolate flavour.

¾ cup of Chocolate chips.

3 Eggs.

½ Butter, or dairy free oil.

2 tsp. Vanilla extract

½ cup of Milk (non-dairy milk option)

DIRECTIONS

1) Preheat the oven to 350º F.

2) In a large mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients (eggs, oil, vanilla, milk) and mix thoroughly. If using butter, ensure it is softened and cream before adding to wet mixture.

3) Add the MIX and stir well until lumps are removed.

4) Spray or place parchment paper in an 8×8 pan

5) Pour the brownie batter into the pan.

6) Bake brownies for 25-30 minutes, remove from oven then let them sit for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

7) Once cool, cut and enjoy.

NOTES:

Customize with various additions such as Nuts, Frosting, or Chocolate Chips.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup ‘The MIX’- Chocolate flavour.

1/2 mashed banana (optional)

1 egg**

1/8 cup water or milk/dairy alternative

DIRECTIONS

1) Mix wet ingredients (banana, egg, water/dairy) thoroughly.

2) Add the MIX and stir until combined.

3) Place batter in microwave safe dish.

4) Cook for approx. 2 mins (cooking time may vary dependent on microwave).

5) Top with desired toppings and enjoy!

NOTES:

For increased protein, add 1 scoop of protein or replace egg** with ¼ cup egg white.

½ cup ‘The Mix’- Apple Cinnamon flavour.

 1 Egg.

1/8 cup Water.

Optional: 2 tbsp + 2 tsp Unsweetened Applesauce .

For Finishing:

¼ cup Butter, melted.

½ cup Sugar (or sugar substitute).

1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon.

DIRECTIONS

1)  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2) Mix wet ingredients (egg, water, applesauce) thoroughly.

3) Add the MIX and whisk for 30 seconds.

4) For best results, place mixture in doughnut maker and cook as directed.

5) Alternatively – place mixture in non- stick pre-formed donut mould (3/4 full).

6) Bake for 8 -10 minutes then remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack.

7) Immediately place melted butter in a bowl, and mix sugar and cinnamon together in another bowl.

8) Dip the top of each warm donuts in melted butter, then dip in sugar mixture to coat. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

NOTES:

You will need to double the recipe to make 12 donuts.

Mix- Chocolate flavour.

 1 Egg.

1/8 cup of Water.

½ mashed banana.

Carob nibs.

DIRECTIONS

1)  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

2) Mix wet ingredients (eggs, water, banana) thoroughly.

3) Add the MIX and whisk for 30 seconds.

Note: you will need to double the recipe to make 24 brownies. 

4) Pour into muffin tray (3/4 full) and top with Carob nibs.

 5) Place in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.

6) Use a toothpick to test for readiness. Toothpick should come out clean when done. 

NOTES:

Best consumed 30 minutes after baking but can keep for 1-2 days on the countertop.

2 cups ‘The MIX’- French Vanilla Confetti flavour.

1 tsp Baking Powder.

¼ cup Water.

½ cup Sour Cream or Dairy Free Sour Cream.

¼ cup Vegetable Oil.

1 egg.

For the glaze:

2 cup powdered sugar.

2 tablespoon butter melted.

2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

4 tablespoon milk** can substitute with heavy cream or half and half.

DIRECTIONS

1)  Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

2) Blend the baking power into the MIX.

3) Stir the wet ingredients in with the dry.

4) Pour into a greased or parchment paper lined loaf pan.

5) Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes.

6) Transfer to wire cooling rack. Let sit for 5 minutes.

7) Once cooled drizzle with glaze.

1/4 cup water or milk/milk alternative.

1)  Mix wet ingredients (eggs, water) thoroughly.

2) Add the MIX and whisk for 30 seconds.

3) Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

5) Cook 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Batter does not need to bubble.
