INGREDIENTS
- 60 grams of Grindstone Blends Rice Flour
- 1/4 tbsp baking powder
- 125 g unsweetened almond milk/water
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- Protein powder of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- In microwave safe dish, add Grindstone Blends Rice Flour, baking powder, almond milk, and cocoa powder. Mix well.
- Cook for approx. 3 mins (cooking time may vary dependent on microwave).
- Mix protein powder with liquid of choice i.e. almond milk, water to formulate ‘icing’ consistency.
- Use spatula to place brownie on a plate.
- Top with desired amount of ‘icing’. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
