INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup ‘The MIX’ – Blueberry Vanilla flavour. 

1/2 Mashed Banana (optional).

1 Egg**.

1/8 cup Water or Milk/dairy alternative.

DIRECTIONS

1)  Mix wet ingredients (banana, egg, water/dairy) thoroughly.

2) Add the MIX and stir until combined.

3) Place batter in microwave safe dish.

4) Cook for approx. 2 mins (cooking time may vary dependent on microwave).

5) Top with desired toppings and enjoy!

NOTES:

For increased protein, add 1 scoop of protein or replace egg** with ¼ cup egg white.
