Brownies are a rich, chocolatey, decadent delight that perfectly balances between snack and dessert. Each square is a satisfying indulgence, boasting a fudgy texture that melts in your mouth. INGREDIENTS

2 cups ‘The Mix’ – Chocolate flavour.

¾ cup of Chocolate chips.

3 Eggs.

½ Butter, or dairy free oil.

2 tsp. Vanilla extract

½ cup of Milk (non-dairy milk option)

DIRECTIONS

1) Preheat the oven to 350º F.

2) In a large mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients (eggs, oil, vanilla, milk) and mix thoroughly. If using butter, ensure it is softened and cream before adding to wet mixture.

3) Add the MIX and stir well until lumps are removed.

4) Spray or place parchment paper in an 8×8 pan

5) Pour the brownie batter into the pan.

6) Bake brownies for 25-30 minutes, remove from oven then let them sit for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

7) Once cool, cut and enjoy.
