INGREDIENTS

½ cup ‘The Mix’- Chocolate flavour.

 1 Egg.

1/8 cup Water.

Optional: ½ mashed banana.

For Chocolate Glaze:

DIRECTIONS

1)  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2) Mix wet ingredients (eggs, water, banana) thoroughly.

3) Add the MIX and stir until combined.

Note: you will need to double the recipe to make 12 donuts. 

4) For best results, place batter in doughnut maker and cook as directed.

5) Alternatively – place mixture in non- stick pre-formed donut mould (3/4 full).

6) Bake for 8 -10 minutes.

7) Transfer to wire rack and cool completely.

8) Top with your favourite cookie crumble, flaked coconut, grated white chocolate, or pistachio. The options are endless!

NOTES:

Transferring the batter from the bowl to the mould can be difficult due to the shape. Use a spouted measuring cup or piping bag and pipe it into mould. That way you get an even distribution of batter with out all the mess.
