Another successful weekend in the books for the team! 

Grindstone joined our friends at the Legends Super Cup Bodybuilding Championships as an exhibitor.  Sampling our simple and satisfying, high protein Mug Cake recipe to all of the participating athletes, family and friends. Peanut Butter Chocolate was a crowd favourite made from our versatile all natural, gluten free, rice-based pancake mix. 

A big congratulations to all of the hardworking athletes that hit the stage. We look forward to seeing you many of you this coming weekend at the Canadian National Pro qualifier where 16 pro cards will be handed out to the overall winners in the Open and Masters categories.
