Protein Pancake Bowl (55 grams of protein)

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/2 cup Grindstone Blends Pancake mix 
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Powdered Peanut Butter
  • Chocolate chips

    INSTRUCTIONS 
  1. Combine pancake mix, banana, and egg whites. Mix well.
  2. Place batter in microwave safe dish.
  3. Cook for approx. 2 mins (cooking time may vary dependent on microwave).
  4. Slice fruit for topping.
  5. Combine powdered peanut butter with desired milk to make sauce i.e. oat, almond, cashew.
  6. Top pancake bowl with toppings and enjoy!
