INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Grindstone Blends Pancake mix
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 scoop protein powder
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Powdered Peanut Butter
- Chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine pancake mix, banana, and egg whites. Mix well.
- Place batter in microwave safe dish.
- Cook for approx. 2 mins (cooking time may vary dependent on microwave).
- Slice fruit for topping.
- Combine powdered peanut butter with desired milk to make sauce i.e. oat, almond, cashew.
- Top pancake bowl with toppings and enjoy!
