Gluten Free Protein “Brownie”

INGREDIENTS 

  • 60 grams of Grindstone Blends Rice Flour 
  • 1/4 tbsp baking powder
  • 125 g unsweetened almond milk/water
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • Protein powder of choice

    INSTRUCTIONS 
  1. In microwave safe dish, add Grindstone Blends Rice Flour, baking powder, almond milk, and cocoa powder. Mix well. 
  2. Cook for approx. 3 mins (cooking time may vary dependent on microwave).
  3. Mix protein powder with liquid of choice i.e. almond milk, water to formulate ‘icing’ consistency.
  4. Use spatula to place brownie on a plate.
  5. Top with desired amount of ‘icing’. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
